Muay Thai Technique

Muay Thai Technique focuses on the fundamentals and advanced skills of Muay Thai, including striking, clinching, footwork, and defensive tactics,. Members will refine their technique through pad wor, partner drill, and controlled sparring while developing timin, balanc, and fight IQ. Ideal for all level, this class emphasizes precisio, efficiency, and the art of eight limbs.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Technique

BJJ Technique focuses on the fundamental and advanced grappling skills of BJJ, including positional control, submissions, escape, and transitions. Members will develop technique through drills, positional sparring, and live rolling, emphasizing leverage, timing, and strategy. Perfect for all levels, this class builds a strong foundation for both self-defense and competition.
